A False claim on a tax return is the worst thing you can do.
I have spoken to thousands of people who come to me after creating this problem for themselves.
What I can do is listen and inform of possible solutions.
Unfortunately, most do not like to hear the truth:
- it will definitely lead to an audit
- they will need to provide proof of their claim/s
- they will lose, return, and pay interest on that money
- and this headache will drag for months
You definitely have control of the commas, and periods of your income tax return.
Do not intentionally put a negative sign in front of an opportunity with a false claim.
Always insist of yourself higher standards that build a future.
