Trust Your Journey

Where should you file your taxes?

The truth is that there are thousands of locations where you can do this.
Some are big companies that have thousands of stores you  usually see on TV, others have a lot of online presence to lead you to their site, and some are small offices.

From these and other many to choose from, it can be overwhelming which one to choose. But when  it comes to your future, the choice narrows your search to one essential factor:

Trusting the person who files your taxes.

An error can lead to a frustrating experience that can last weeks, months or years. It is not that an error cannot be fixed, but when one has occurred; you have  to work so much harder to find the right person who can make the correction.

That means you will be spending entire days away from your family, friends and business just trying to find a person who can listen.

I know exactly what that means because I have been on both sides of the fence. I have called my internet provider to  simply update a billing address and it took 7 frustrating hours, 7 different people before I spoke to the right person.

Or

I receive a call from a frustrated person who was finally relieved from their stress once I was able to understand, diagnose and fix their problem.
It is important for a business of any size to earn your trust from the beginning.

If they listen attentively to you, diagnose the problem well enough that they can explain it to you with confidence, and provide you clear and simple options: you found someone you can call on when you must need it.
